Our family began attending the First Baptist Church of Chandler in 1975 after moving from Oklahoma City.
My husband, Ron, and I have been married for 38 years. We were high school sweethearts where we attended school at Stonewall, Oklahoma. We have been wonderfully blessed with three beautiful children, and at last count seven grandchildren.
My husband and I live on a 150 acre farm about 15 miles from Chandler where we raise cattle. My husband, Ron, is retired from the Oklahoma City Fire Department. The opportunity to live in the country has been a wonderful blessing as we can enjoy God's creations with our children and grandchildren. I enjoy reading, gardening, quilting and sewing for my grandchildren. My husband and I enjoy riding our 4-wheelers and taking our grandchildren for rides.
I have had the privilege of being part of the church staff for 6 years where my responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly publications, membership updates/attendance and general office procedures.
